Anthony oversees the day-to-day operations to ensure our services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and with the highest quality. Anthony work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance performance, and drive operational excellence across all aspects of claims management and client support. An MST alumni and experiences from GEHA in supporting the Claims Department, the Call-Center, the IT Department, and the management team, Anthony's goal at ApexTT is to create a seamless experience for adjusters, case managers, injured workers, employers, and partners, while supporting the organization’s strategic growth with claims management system to save time, reduce costs, and gain control with AI-driven automation and maintaining strong regulatory compliance.

Grace responsible for driving strategic expansion and identifying new opportunities to deliver value across our services. By leveraging market insights, building strong partnerships, and aligning our offerings with the evolving needs of employers and injured workers, Grace also help position our organization for long-term success. As a graduate from University of Central Oklahoma, Grace went on to managing partner for a top chain hotel in the Midwest region from 2008 to 2012, before pivoting to the insurance sector. Grace's focus is on innovation, business development, and optimizing performance to ensure sustainable growth in a competitive and highly regulated industry.

Erika leads a team dedicated to providing compassionate, responsive, and knowledgeable support to injured workers, employers, and claims professionals. With a strong focus on communication and problem-solving, Erika ensures that every interaction is handled with care and efficiency. Erika’s role is to streamline processes, resolve issues promptly, and continuously improve customer experience, all while maintaining compliance with workers’ compensation regulations and standards.

Rommy is a strategic leader for ApexTT, responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruitment, training, and organizational development. She serves as a bridge between management and staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture. Skilled in conflict resolution, performance management, and workforce planning, with an experience of more than 25 years in the field, Rommy plays a vital role in aligning people strategies with business goals to drive growth and employee satisfaction.
